6th Grade Field Study Information...

6th grade students received permission forms to attend the 6th Grade Field Study to the SC Aquarium in Charleston on March 23 or March 24.  Based on their homeroom, they will attend one day or the other.  The cost of the field study is $30 which includes admission to the aquarium and transportation.  Students will need to bring their lunch or eat a bag lunch from the school cafeteria that day.  All school fees must also be paid in order for students to participate in the field study. Are you interested in serving as a chaperone?  Please indicate so on the bottom of the permission form. Blythewood High School Honors Forum Information...

Blythewood High School Honors Forum Application Information:

This announcement is for 8th grade students who are zoned for, and will be attending, Blythewood High School next school year: The Blythewood High School Honors Forum is a unique program designed for serious and academically motivated students who wish to challenge themselves with rigorous coursework taught by expert faculty.  Detailed information about the program and an application for the program can be located on the Blythewood High School website (www.richland2.org/schools/bh/) and each student wishing to apply needs to complete the application and submit it by February 28, 2017.  Parents can also contact Scott Auspelmyer, the Lead Teacher of the Honors Forum, for more information.  His email address is sauspelm@richland2.org.
