Charger Kick-off is Monday, August 15th

Greetings Charger Families,

Here is some important information regarding Charger Kick-off, Monday, August 15, 2016.  Students should arrive according to the assigned times based on student last names:

8:00 - 9:30    Students' last names beginning with letters A-L

9:30 - 11:30  Students' last names beginning with letters M-S

11:30 - 1:00  Students' last names beginning with letters T-Z 

Please read the following helpful hints:

1)      Parents should update Proof of Residency and RUP information in Infosnap (which can be accessed via Parent Portal).  Please take care of these items prior to your arrival. 

2)      All fees must be paid prior to picking up Chromebooks. Parents can pay fees in person at Kick-Off or on Parent Portal. We are only able to accept checks and cash at Kick-Off.  If you prefer to use a credit card, you must pay via Parent Portal.  If you pay via Parent Portal prior to Kick-Off, please be prepared to show a receipt (electronic or printed).

3)      Students must bring their Chromebook case to receive a Chromebook.  Returning 7^th & 8^th grade students were allowed to keep their Chromebook cases from last year.  New to BMS students will be given a new case.

4)      Teachers will be available to assist with schedule questions at Kick-Off.

5)      You will also be able to buy your yearbook, get information on electives, purchase PE uniforms, and purchase brand new Charger gear at Kick-Off! We can only accept checks or cash, so having additional cash or checks on hand will come in handy.
