Student Schedule Update...
Please be advised that scheduling is still in process. As such, schedules that may be viewed in Parent Portal are still incomplete and may be inaccurate as we continue to balance schedules and create sections based upon students' needs.
We ask that our parents and students continue to practice the lifeskills of patience and cooperation as we continue to work on students' schedules for the 2018-2019 school year.
Schedules will be finalized by August 16th, the day of Charger Kickoff. Please make plans to join us between 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm on that evening.

A message from our newest administrator, Mr. El-Amin...
Greetings,
I am Rahim EL-Amin and it is an honor to serve as Assistant Principal at Blythewood Middle School for the 2018-2019 school year. I come to Blythewood Middle School with sixteen years of experience as an educator, coach, and administrator. My leadership experiences and interactions with students, faculty, parents, and stakeholders have helped mold me into the leader that I am today. It is my goal to provide children with a positive learning environment, and the best possible opportunities needed to prepare them to be responsible and engaged, lifelong learners.
I have resided in the Blythewood community for the past 14 years and I have three children that attend Richland 2 schools. I received my Bachelor of Science degree from East Tennessee State University and my Master of Science degree from Concordia University Wisconsin. I believe great schools are a result of everyone working together to create success. I thank you in advance for welcoming me as a part of this great district and school.
