BMS End of the Year Information...

May 12, 2020

Greetings Charger Families,

The 2019-2020 School Year is coming to a close, much differently than anyone could have anticipated.  We hope that you and your family have stayed healthy and safe during these uncertain times.  We are writing to you today to share information on how to turn in and pick up items that normally would be exchanged during the last few weeks of school.

June 1 - June 4, 2020 are the days set aside for you to come to campus to drop off things like textbooks, athletic uniforms, library books, and any other items that belong to the school.  This will also be the time for you to pick up locker contents and other items that may have been left at the school.  All end of year Report Cards will be mailed home this year.  The drop-off and pick up of items will be coordinated via drive through.  Please use the front gate and follow the blue traffic line as this will help the flow of traffic.

Please adhere to the following schedule so that we may effectively and efficiently serve you as you drive through campus to drop off and pick up items.  Please note that if a yearbook was purchased, it will be included with your student’s items that are being picked up.  Athletic participation certificates and other athletic awards will be picked up during this time. All other academic award certificates will be mailed with report cards.

Items will be available according to the schedule listed below so we respectfully ask that all families adhere to the schedule.  All students and parents will be asked to remain in their vehicles and school staff will take and deliver items for you.  Any medication that needs to be picked up must be coordinated through our school nurse, Jessica Boineau.  Her email address is jboineau@richland2.org.

We miss you all and hope that we can be together as a school family soon.  In the meantime, if you need assistance, please contact your child’s grade level administrator:

Greta Carter (8th Grade) - gcarter@richland2.org

Rahim El-Amin (7th Grade) - relamin@richland2.org

Robert Ratterree (6th Grade) - rratterree@richland2.org

Thank you in advance for practicing the lifeskills of patience and cooperation as we work together.

Sincerely,
