Tdap vaccine for 7th grade

Parents/Guardians,

Please be reminded that all 7^th grade students are required to have a Tdap vaccine for the 2015-2016 school year.   If your child has already had this very important vaccination, please also be certain that the school has a copy of your child’s immunization record to document this.

The deadline for immunization for compliance for 7^th grade students is October 30^th.   After October 30, 2015, your child may be excluded from school until proof of having obtained the required vaccine is received by the school.
